    • Improved the onboarding experience to reduce customer landing time and helped create a consistent brand and present the product.
    • Helped C-Suit develop a consistent user flow to help its audience create a highly commercial eyewear label that is defined by the essence of the brand DNA.
    • Developed a complex order page to help manage the different status of international shipping logistics, from order to door delivery.

    • Restructured all the information architecture based on user research. Creating a scalability deployment strategy for the next four product iterations for the React web app.
    • Created handoff documentation for developers. It included the design system and components for the data visualization interactions. Followed up on project development for implementation quality control.
    • Created brand strategy, logo, style guides, and illustrations to guide the client's brand through the next year's transformation.
